mock character select screen using the final edits on those genesis sprites i’ve been making, done at proper resolution (320x224) with custom-made font. the infinitely scrolling background on 16-bit select screens is just sort of nostalgic and it’s my first time actually making one, and the designs are based mostly on shoujo cosette because it has a very 90s feel design-wise even though it came out much later
